PAYMENT
1. Payments have to be transferred through atm transfer : posb savings account. 038-57082-0 (safe!) or you can pass us the money through meet ups if you do not own any bank accounts.

2. Full payment upon ordering is to be accepted. Once full payment is up, we will start ordering your outfits after the pre-order dateline. (No payments No send!)

3. If within the 3 working days given, we have not received your payment, your orders will automatically be void. Do email us if you need more time. (:

4. No dead buyers!! No Backing out of orders!!

5. Refunds will be given back if outfits are out of stocks. No worries! (:

POSTAL DELIVERY

-Prices of clothes do not include postage fees

- Cost for NORMAL POSTAGE ranges from $1.00 to $1.50 depending on the weight of your items.

- Please take note that Singapore Post no longer accept 80cents for normal mail as they are deemed as non-standard mail.

- Cost for REGISTERED POSTAGE will be an additional of $2.50. however postage fees would vary according to the weight of clothes.

- Please take note that Your-Princess- Closet* will not be responsible for any loss of items if you opt for NORMAL MAIL. To be safe, choose either Registered postage or meetups.

- Buyers must undertake all responsibility for damage and loss of items sent by post.

- Delivery efficiency is subjected to time frame for deliveries adhered by Singapore Post and is beyond seller control.

- meetups are only at Jurong point, Boon Lay mrt station and Jurong East mrt station. Buyers can save on the postage fees if meetups are chosen. (:
Meet ups are free!!
